Course rating - 5 stars - Excellent - "I did have a concern whether it was genuine as my partner teaches indoor cycling and she has done over 10 years and she didn't know this was available. If we would of know we would of done it much sooner. My concerns were massively overcome on doing it.
I've been doing indoor cycling for many years and i haven't seen setup of the bike explained so well .
I also liked that you can do it in your own time/speed. Results and marking are fast. Feedback is excellent and has a personal touch.
After years of participating in indoor cycling classes, but with no previous fitness qualifications. I found this course really useful and informative. It covered everything from energy systems to fuels used, muscles involved through to music and classes structure.
