At 22, after years of chronic pain, I was diagnosed with a degenerative spinal condition and told I could be in a wheelchair by the time I was 30!

Determined to create a different outcome, I studied, researched and trained and improved my physical body, mental resilience and quality of life beyond measure.

Having achieved such results myself, I have built a fulfilling career, with an amazing 'toolbox' of cutting edge techniques which I am privileged to be able to share to help others enhance their own health and healing.

One of the modalities I now share is the transformative power of sound healing, which I knew the instant I experienced it, I had to add this powerful healing modality to my 'toolbox' of skills, to share with others.

To achieve this, I have to date studied with teachers in UK, Canada and Thailand, including 5 weeks in Nepal, further deepening my knowledge and expanding my collection of authentic sound healing instruments and developed practitioner training, so I can help more people benefit from the healing power of sound.

The power of the human body, mind and spirit is incredible, we really do have 'magic' within us and it is my mission to help people access more of theirs!

I now look on that rather grim prognosis at 22 as a gift, because it kick started my journey into health and healing which led me to where I am now - with a fulfilling career helping people all over the world.

And in case you wondered - I am quite a few years over 30 now and no wheelchair in sight:-)

I'd love to hear from you, if you feel drawn to work with me!
