FAQ's

Do I need any experience or beliefs?

No! :-)

Is it for women only?

No, for general group sound baths, both men and women are welcome.

Can I do it seated?

Though most people prefer to lie down, you can do it seated if you prefer. Chairs are available at the venue, or you can bring your own. (Some people bring their own anti-gravity garden recliners.)

What to wear and bring?

Wear loose fitting, comfy clothes and bring water. Please bring a thick yoga mat or duvet to lie on and pillows and blankets so you can get cozy and comfortable. Weighted eye masks are a nice addition, though not obligatory.

Are there any contra indications?
Sound healing is very safe, but as an extra precaution, especially for group sessions, anyone who is in the first trimester of pregnancy, has a pacemaker/other electrical implant, is on anti psychotic medication, has sound induced epilepsy, or thrombosis should get permission from their GP before attending.

If you have any questions or medical conditions at all, please contact to discuss in confidence prior to booking.
By booking your place, you are confirming you understand and have no medical issues.

Join me for a relaxing sound bath, where you simply lie down or sit comfortably and the sounds and vibrations will effortlessly transport you to a place of deep relaxation, peace and healing.

Sound healing is a type of sound and vibrational healing which is recognised as effectively initiating the relaxation response, turning off stress and allowing natural healing and rebalancing of your whole system to occur.

This helps ease pain and leaves you feeling deeply relaxed and at peace - a common 'side effect' is also great sleep after a session!

"It's like a loving hug for mind, body and soul!" as a recent participant called it.

You need no experience, no beliefs, just a desire to get rid of any stress and feel great!

Modern day living has many stressors, from work stressors, family issues, financial pressure, toxins in our environment and food, to the invisible EMF from WIFI, mobile phones etc.

Sound healing is proving itself an effective antidote to all this, by working to bring your whole system back into balance, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and at peace.

Most people choose to lie down for the sessions. Please bring a yoga mat (or similar) and pillows and blankets so you can get cozy and comfortable. Wear comfy clothes and bring water. Chairs are provided for those who prefer to sit.

Sound healing is very safe, but as an extra precaution for group sessions especially, anyone who is pregnant, has a pacemaker/other electrical implant, is on anti psychotic medication or has sound induced epilepsy should discuss with their GP before attending.
