FAQ's
Do I need any experience or beliefs?
No! :-)
Is it for women only?
No, for general group sound baths, both men and women are welcome.
Can I do it seated?
Though most people prefer to lie down, you can do it seated if you prefer. Chairs are available at the venue, or you can bring your own. (Some people bring their own anti-gravity garden recliners.)
What to wear and bring?
Wear loose fitting, comfy clothes and bring water. Please bring a thick yoga mat or duvet to lie on and pillows and blankets so you can get cozy and comfortable. OR book the 'Comfort upgrade' and just bring yourself and water - we will have an airbed, soft blanket and cushion all ready for you when you arrive.
Weighted eye masks are a nice addition, though not obligatory.
Are there any precautions?
Sound and use of sound in these sessions is very safe, but as an extra precaution, especially for group sessions, anyone who is in the first trimester of pregnancy, has a pacemaker/other electrical implant, is on anti psychotic medication, has sound induced epilepsy, or thrombosis is advised to get medical advice before attending.
