A space to deepen your practice.
Evolution Days are designed to offer a supportive and focused environment where you can explore, practise and continue developing your facilitation skills and confidence.
Each day has a different theme and provides a practical opportunity to expand your skills, explore new instruments, and develop your facilitation alongside likeminded sound practitioners.
During this day, we’ll focus on working with smaller resonant metal instruments, including:
• hand gongs
• bells
• chimes and other metal instruments
We’ll explore how these instruments can be used safely and effectively within a sound session, including:
• creating resonance and depth
• pacing and allowing space
• layering sound without overwhelm
• integrating them into a sound journey
You do not need to bring any instruments — everything will be provided.
The day will include:
• a guided sound experience using these instruments
• practical exploration and technique
• demonstrations of how to integrate them into a session
• short practitioner-led sound journeys
• group reflection and shared learning
There will also be time to ask questions and discuss real experiences from your own sessions.
Evolution Days are optional practitioner development workshops for those who have completed our Sound Bath Practitioner training.
If you haven’t yet completed our Sound Bath Practitioner training and would like to explore this work, you can find details of our next course here.
This is the first Evolution Day, and spaces will be limited.
If this feels like the right next step for you, I'd love you to join us. Please register your interest here and you’ll be the first to hear when booking opens.
