What is Sound Massage?
Sound Massage is a powerful one-to-one approach that uses Himalayan (metal) bowls, tuning forks and other sound and vibrational instruments directly on and around the body.

This is about far more than deep relaxation - it’s about:

• Encouraging release in muscles and tissues
• Supporting the nervous system to reset
• Opening flow where there has been stagnation
• Creating a safe space for deep energetic realignment

What You’ll Learn

• How to safely and effectively place and play Himalayan bowls on the body
• Using tuning forks for balancing and energy clearing
• Ways to combine other instruments to support integration
• Creating and holding a safe, trauma-informed space in 1:1 work
