About me:
Since being diagnosed with degenerative scoliosis at 22 and told I'd likely be in a wheelchair by 30, I embarked on a journey to explore different healing modalities, determined to create a better outcome for myself.
What I discovered not only changed my life but also gave me a fulfilling career in health and fitness for over 28 years to date —thankfully, without any wheelchair in sight!
Just last month, I even completed my first Camino pilgrimage, carrying my backpack and with no prior training!
At this event, I will be sharing some of the best tools and techniques I have used myself to overcome pain and improve my well-being since diagnosis and which have helped many others do the same.
This event isn’t about physical exercise, (though that is important), but other simple, effective ways to help ease discomfort and support your body and mind in a holistic, gentle way.
