If so, you are warmly invited to join me for a small group session designed to offer you relief, empowerment, and new techniques to support your well-being.
In a safe and welcoming space, we’ll explore:
✨ Sound Healing – Experience the power of sound and vibration to gently ease discomfort and quiet the mind.
✨ Breathwork – Learn simple, targeted breathing exercises that help calm the nervous system and relieve tension.
✨ Guided Visualization and mindset techniques – Discover new ways of thinking and find moments of peace as we journey together in relaxation.
✨ Group Discussion – Share your experience and explore solutions in a supportive circle of like-minded individuals. (Optional and discussions stay within the group.)
 
This session will be tailored to the group’s needs, with space for you to receive personalized sound and vibration work.
Leave feeling calm, empowered, and equipped with tools to continue your healing journey at home.
About me:
Since being diagnosed with degenerative scoliosis at 22 and told I'd likely be in a wheelchair by 30, I embarked on a journey to explore different healing modalities, determined to create a better outcome for myself.
What I discovered not only changed my life but also gave me a fulfilling career in health and fitness for over 28 years to date —thankfully, without any wheelchair in sight!
Just last month, I even completed my first Camino pilgrimage, carrying my backpack and with no prior training!
 
At this event, I will be sharing some of the best tools and techniques I have used myself to overcome pain and improve my well-being since diagnosis and which have helped many others do the same.
This event isn’t about physical exercise, (though that is important), but other simple, effective ways to help ease discomfort and support your body and mind in a holistic, gentle way.
 
This event is open to men and women and is a small group session to ensure maximum benefits.
It is provided on a pay what you feel basis (suggested minimum £25)
To book, you pay a £20 deposit here to hold your space for this event, then any additional on the day.
