Wirral Sound Bath Sessions with Debbie Kneale
A gentle, welcoming space to slow down and rest deeply.
These sound bath sessions offer a calm environment where you can step out of the busyness of everyday life, lie down, and simply rest. There is nothing to do and nowhere to be — just time to pause and allow the body and mind to settle.
Using a combination of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, along with other gentle instruments, sound is used to support deep rest — where the mind quiets and the body can naturally release held tension.
Each session is held with care and sensitivity, creating a shared atmosphere of calm while allowing everyone to experience the sound in their own way.
No experience is needed.
No beliefs or expectations.
Just come as you are.

Deluxe Comfort Upgrade (Optional)
If you’d like extra comfort during the session, you can choose the Deluxe Comfort Upgrade when booking.
For £5, a comfy airbed will be fully inflated and ready for you on arrival. Simply select the option from the dropdown menu when booking your place, then bring any blankets, cushions or pillows you’d like to create a cosy nest for deep rest.
Availability is limited.
If the Comfort Upgrade is sold out for a particular date, it will not appear as an option.
What to Expect
You’ll be welcomed into the space and given time to settle in and get comfortable before the session begins.
Once you’re resting, the sound bath unfolds gradually, with bowls and instruments played gently and attentively. The sound and vibration wash over you, supporting the nervous system to slow and settle, without any effort on your part.
Many people find it helpful to approach the session with the simple intention to:
Rest · Receive · Restore
Everyone’s experience is individual. Some people feel deeply rested, others notice emotional release, clarity, or a sense of calm that continues after the session — often alongside a good night’s sleep.
These sessions are suitable whether this is your first sound bath or you’ve attended before.
Precautions
Sound baths are generally very safe and gentle. However, as an added precaution for group sessions, we ask that anyone who is in the first trimester of pregnancy, has a pacemaker or other electrical implant, is taking anti-psychotic medication, has sound-induced epilepsy, or has thrombosis seeks medical advice before attending.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns at all, please feel free to get in touch to discuss in confidence before booking.
By booking your place, you are confirming that you understand the above.
These Wirral sound bath sessions are accessible by car or public transport for those in Birkenhead, Wallasey, Bebington, New Ferry, Port Sunlight, Bromborough, Eastham and surrounding areas.
