When you order downloadable products from us, as soon as payment is completed, your products will be available for you to download from your 'My Account' area under 'Downloads' section.
To access, click the link to your account in the order confirmation email received, login using the details you gave when purchasing and click 'Downloads' in your account details list. On the download page, click the download icon of the product you wish to download
A single download is usually available for each product purchased. Once downloaded, the product is removed from the download area.
mp3 music and audio files
These are supplied in .zip format, due to their size. Depending on your internet connection speed, larger files may take some time to download.
With most browsers you can choose 'save' to download and save the .zip file to your desired location on your computer.
Once downloaded, you can 'open' or 'extract' to listen to the contents in your chosen media player.
Please note - Online courses purchased or PDF certificate copies will not appear in 'Downloads'.
For online courses - Personal login details for access to our dedicated online learning area are issued to the payment email within 1 working day of payment completion. Please also check your junk folder!
PDF certificate copies - These are manually authorised and sent via email within 3 days of payment.
